How long does delivery take?
In-stock titles leave us within 3 business days of payment (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) and are couriered nationwide. You get email, SMS and WhatsApp updates along the way.
What does “back-order” mean?
Some imported titles are not on the shelf and come in on our regular shipments — typically 8–12 weeks. Back-ordered items are clearly marked on the product page. Tip: order in-stock and back-ordered items separately so the in-stock ones ship right away.
Can I pay by EFT?
Yes — EFT (FNB) or card. EFT orders are dispatched once the payment reflects; the reference to use is your order number.
Do you ship anywhere in South Africa?
Yes, nationwide by courier, with free shipping on orders over R3,500.
Which level should I start with?
Reply to any email or use the contact page with your child's age and what they can already do — we will point you to the right level (this is the question we answer most, and we are glad to).
