At The Book Connection, we understand that when you order a book, you're excited to receive it. That's why we commit to shipping all in-stock orders within 3 business days of receiving your payment.
What are business days?Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Backorder Items
Some titles may be available on backorder. If you choose to purchase a backordered item, please note:
- Backorder items typically ship between 8 to 12 weeks
- The exact timeframe depends on the publisher's backorder cycle
- Backordered items are clearly marked on our website
- You'll receive regular updates on the status of your backorder
