6.4 Delivery Process

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
  • If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave a notice with collection instructions
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery or collection

6.5 Incorrect Address

  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address
  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information
  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery to a corrected address

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

7.1 Consumer Protection Rights

These terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. You have the right to return products within the cooling-off period as outlined below.

7.2 Cooling-Off Period

  • You may cancel your order within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the products
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect

7.3 Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange collection at no cost to you
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs

7.4 Incorrect Products

  • If you receive an incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange collection and send the correct product at no additional cost
  • If the correct product is unavailable, we will provide a full refund

7.5 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

7.6 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened or used books (excluding defective items)
  • Digital downloads or electronic products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

7.7 Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched
  • Once dispatched, the standard returns policy applies
