It is with great sadness that I would like to inform all our loyal customers that I have sold The Book Connection.

As many of you may know, I have had severe health issues over the past two years. Through all of this, we have tried to manage the business well and still deliver a good service. Unfortunately, over time I have come to realize that I am not doing myself, my family or my customers any favors to continue in this way. I will be taking time to heal and invest in my family. So, in the interest of everyone I am leaving The Book Connection in very capable hands.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every customer, supplier and service provider for your support and loyalty over the past 5 years. It has been a privilege to serve the Homeschool community in South Africa in such a profound way.

I could not be more pleased to announce that Wendy Young will be taking over the reins of The Book Connection. She is a household name in the whole community in South Africa, knowing far more about homeschooling than I do!

Meet the New Owner of The Book Connection

Wendy Young is an experienced homeschool mom having homeschooled her 4 children all the way. 3 have now completed their tertiary education and work in their fields and her youngest is busy studying engineering. Wendy is also the co-author of the very popular Footprints on Our Land programs and has served the homeschool community supplying this Charlotte Mason-literature-based program to thousands of families over the last 20 years. She has also served homeschoolers country wide for 24 years providing support groups, sports days, galas, entrepreneurial fairs, parent workshops and curriculum expos. Wendy and her daughter Sarah will be working as a team to continue to serve and support all families using The Book Connection’s trusted products in future.
